When you purchase jewelry items from Jennifer Marie Designs you are investing in unique, quality jewelry that is handcrafted in my studio located in the beautiful Hudson River valley of New York.
Payment

Jennifer Marie Designs accepts most major credit cards, Paypal and personal check.

Payment is due at the time of purchase and all checks must clear before the item will be shipped.

Payment for custom orders is due one the item is completed and approved by the client. Custom orders will ship once payment is received and checks (if applicable) have cleared.
Shipping

With the exception of our One of a Kind pieces, all our jewelry is handmade just for you at the time it is ordered, therefore items will generally ship anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks after the order is placed. This is dependent on the size of your order and the time of year. The larger the order the longer it will take to create. During the holiday seasons it may take longer to fill an order as well. I will communicate to you the expected ship date when you place your order.

Items will packaged and shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance and a tracking number. You will receive the tracking number by email once your package has been shipped

Shipping to addresses outside of the continental U.S will be charged a fair fee. Please note that all duties imposed by shipping internationally are to be paid by the buyer (you are responsible for any Customs or VAT charges for importing you package). Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, it is damaged in the shipping process, or is lost during shipping, please contact me (info@riverglasscreations.com) within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will discuss your options and you will receive an authorization code and instructions on what to do next.

Returned items must be new, unworn, and undamaged to be eligible for a refund/exchange.

All shipping, tracking, and insurance charges for returns and exchanges are the buyer's responsibility and cannot be refunded.

Insurance is not required but is recommended.

Jennifer Marie Designs is not responsible for loss or damage during the return shipping process.

Your refund/exchange (minus shipping cost) will be applied when the item(s) are received in their original packaging, in new condition, unworn, and undamaged condition.

Item(s) must be shipped back in their original packaging, with tracking confirmation, in either a bubble mailer or box. A restocking fee of 15% may be applied if item(s) are returned without original packaging.
